Type & Specification Introduction of Ball Valves

Ball valve attached codes: V represents valve spool with a “V”shape structure, D represents low temperature, B represents heat preservation, P represents exocentric construction, U&S&DY represent top assembling type.
Ball valve codes: Q represents ball valves.
Ball valve actuation codes: 2 represents hydraulic actuation, 3 represents turbine actuation, 6 represents pneumatic actuation, 7 represents fluid actuation, 9 represents electric actuation, manual actuation with no code name.
Connection type codes: 1 represents internal thread, 4 represents flange connection, 6 represents welded connection,  7 represents double-clip connection.

Structural style codes:
1.Floating type: 1 represents straight-flow channel, 2 represents Y-type tee, 4 represents L-type tee, 5 represents T-type tee. 
2. Stationary type: 0 represents hemisphere straight-flow channel, 6 represents cross tee flow channel, 7 represents straight-flow channel, 8 represents L-type tee, 9 represents Y-type tee.
Sealing material codes: B represents Babbitt Metal, F represents Fluororubber, F46 represents PTFE lining, H represents Stainless Steel, J represents Rubber lining, M represents Monel Metal, N represents Nylon Plastic, P represents Monel, Y represents Cemented Carbide, W represents valve body of direct machining. 
Pressure grade codes: 16 represents the pressure of 16 kilogram(1.6Mpa), the maximum pressure can reach 64Mpa. 150LB represents valve pressure rating of American Standard. The maximum allowable pressure can be 2500LB 
(150LB=1.6MPA/300LB=2.5-4.0mpa/400LB=6.4mpa/600LB=10mpa)
5K represents valve pressure rating of Japanese Standard, the maximum pressure is 63k. 
Valve material codes: A represents titanium and titanium alloy, C represents carbon steel, I represents chrome-molybdenum steel, P18-8 & RMo2Ti both represent stainless steel, S represents plastic.
