JONLOO Angle Seat Valve
The externally piloted angle seat valve is operated with a single or double–acting piston actuator. The actuator is available in two different materials,
depending on the ambient temperature. High flow rates are attained with the virtually straight flow path. The reliable self–adjusting packing gland
provides high sealing integrity. These maintenance-free and robust valves can be retrofitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position
ndication, stroke limitation or manual override.
It has the following advantages,

2. Y type shape enlarged the flowing section, which could raise, the flux by 30% and make flow mare smooth
3. Reliable operation, self-adjusting stem seals, cylinder can be 360 Rotated free;
4. Anti-corrosive, high flow rate, low fluid resistance, no water-hammer;
5. Optical position indication, low control air consumption.

Fail-safe position
Depending on how the springs are arranged in the pneumatic actuator, the valve has two fail-safe positions effective upon air supply failure.
Valve CLOSED (normally closed by the spring force):
The valve is closed upon air supply failure.
Valve OPEN (normally open by the spring force):
The valve is opened upon air supply failure.
